Veterans Leadership Program is proud to offer several supportive services for Veterans struggling with a range of issues including access to healthcare, opioid response programs, incarceration, emergency services and more.

Support Services

VLP’s SSVF program is a rapid-rehousing and homeless prevention program able to assist Veterans experiencing homelessness or eviction with permanent and sustainable housing. SSVF can assist Veterans with case management and short-term financial assistance in order to assist with housing-related expenses.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Veteran Status (Not Dishonorable Discharge)
  • Experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of housing loss
  • Household income under 50% Area Median Income for the county in which they reside
  • Serving Veterans in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blaire, Butler, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Lawrence, McKean, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington, Westmoreland
