Veterans Leadership Program is proud to empower over 8,300 Veterans annually. We couldn’t do it without the support of volunteers. Involvement opportunities include donation sorting in Pittsburgh and Johnstown, monthly food distributions, career development partnerships, corporate volunteer days and Veteran mentorship.
Landlords
VLP is always looking to partner with local landlords and real estate companies who can offer Veterans a safe and affordable home in the areas we serve.

Veterans Leadership Program has an going need for non-perishable food, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, new household items, new bedding and towels. Whether you drop these items off or host a donation drive, get in touch with our team for more details on getting involved.
Veteran Peer Mentor
Veterans Leadership Program is looking for Veterans to volunteer as Peer Mentors for Allegheny County Veterans Treatment Court. Veterans participating as mentors is an important part of the Veteran’s Court. Veteran status is required for all Veteran Peer Mentors. Please click to learn more!
